Employment Equity

• Establishment of an Employment Equity Committee (EEC)
• Conducting of workplace analysis
• EE awareness in the workplace
• Consultation with EEC
• Drafting of EE Plan / Report
• Monitor and Implementation

BEE

• Calculating a provisional scorecard
• Conducting a gap analysis
• Scenario planners
• Implementation planners
• Formulating a policy and strategy which is monitored and updated on a monthly basis to manage progress towards increasing your B-BBEE score
• Preparing documents necessary for rating by an independent rating agency

Skills Development
• Registering as your SDF with your relevant SETA
• Identifying skills shortages and training needs
• Drafting Personal Development Plans
• Drafting and submitting a Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report
• Structuring a Skills Development Committee from within your organisation
• Training your Skills Development Committee on their roles and functions
• Conducting quarterly meetings with the committee to monitor progress
• Ensuring that you are eligible for the mandatory grants awarded by your SETA
